From hive to jar
Four steps, and nothing added along the way.
Hives follow the bloom
Our beekeepers move their hives from the orange groves in March to the thyme slopes in June and the carob trees in autumn.
Frames are harvested by hand
Only capped frames are taken, and enough honey is always left in the hive for the bees to get through winter.
Extracted cold, never heated
Honey is spun out of the comb and strained to remove wax. It never goes above hive temperature, so the aroma stays intact.
