Common questions
How do I pay?
You pay cash when your order arrives. There is nothing to pay online and no card needed.
How long does delivery take?
1 to 2 days in Agadir, Casablanca and Rabat, and 2 to 4 days elsewhere in Morocco. We call you before shipping to confirm your address.
Is your honey really raw?
Yes. It is extracted cold and strained to remove wax. It is never heated above 40 °C, filtered under pressure or mixed with syrup.
My honey has crystallized. Is it still good?
Yes, crystallization is natural and common in raw honey. Stand the jar in warm water (not boiling) for 20 minutes to make it liquid again.
Can I return a jar?
If a jar arrives broken or is not what you ordered, call us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.
Do you deliver outside Morocco?
Not yet. We only deliver within Morocco for now.
